I am sure that everyone agrees with me that Work From Home is more complex, irritating and longer (relatively). Unfortunately we are all forced to Work From Home during the lockdown due to COVID-19.

We are trying to bring out some points which helps in making life easier during Work From Home.

2. work from home tips #2: Communication : The most important element that increases complexity / anxiety is communication. Most of the intrinsic communication that used to happen face to face, now needs to become explicit.

Face to Face – Can assume few gestures, understanding, confidence level.

Work from Home – Need to verbally communicate / assume level of confidence.

Hence the time for daily stand ups, summarizing the day, productivity tools have been used to measure.
